Big Brothers Big Sisters Asks, "Hoosier Big Brother?"

(BLOOMINGTON) - Big Brothers and Big Sisters of south central Indiana is launching a recruitment campaign called “Hoosier Big Brother” and “Hoosier Little Brother.”

Big Brothers Big Sisters is America's largest youth mentoring organization and serves kids ages 6 to 17 years old in Monroe and Owen counties.

However, they have 234 kids waiting for mentors, 130 of which are boys looking for big brothers!

Depending on the program volunteers sign up for, Big Brothers and Big Sisters typically spend between 8 and 10 hours per month with their match, although for some programs, it can be as little as 1 hour per week.
