(SEYMOUR) - A Seymour man is facing deportation for attempting to bail a second illegal alien out of jail.
Officials with the Jennings County Prosecutor's office say 35-year-old Samuel Lopez-Chevez tried to get Alfredo Castro-Luna out of jail last month, after being arrested on meth charges. Lopez-Chevez was arrested at the jail for marijuana possession.
They will both be deported within the next two weeks.
