Last updated on Tuesday, August 28, 2007

(PAOLI) - A Paoli man was arrested last night and racked up extra charges because he just didn’t know when to quit.

34-year-old Richard Ward III of Paoli was arrested by Indiana State Police Monday night for undisclosed charges and, when already in the Orange County Jail, allegedly made numerous calls to a Heather Ward, violating a protection order against him.

For this offense, Richard Ward was further charged with invasion of privacy, a class A misdemeanor. Ward is already in jail, where he will remain until further notice.
