Paoli Man Upset With ATV Drivers

(PAOLI) - Indiana State Police arrested a Paoli man on drug charges plus a felony charge of intimidation with a deadly weapon.

According to police, 47-year-old Perry Day was upset with neighbors constantly driving their ATVs past his house.

It is reported that Day went to his neighbors home and made several threats to members of the family. Day was reported to be brandishing a firearm during the incident.

During their investigation, police found Day at his home address and repeatedly commanded for him to lay down his firearm. Day complied their demand and was apprehended.

Police also discovered marijuana and drug paraphernalia and charged him with the misdemeanor charges.

Day was then taken to the Orange County Jail.
