(MITCHELL) - The Mitchell swimming pool was a major discussion at last night’s Mitchell’s Town Board meeting.
Board members were upset with an article written recently in a local publication. The story related operating costs for the Mitchell, Bedford and Spring Mill pools.
Numbers showed the Mitchell pool was losing the most money, however, according to the board members the story was using the wrong figures. Board Member Atorney Brent Steele said it was like comparing apples to oranges.
The group hopes to have the story rewritten with the proper information.
