(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell teen was arrested on theft charges after he was spotted rummaging through several vehicles in Mitchell.
19-year-old Rickie Pulley was seen reportedly poking around the ambulance parked at Mitchell Manor. The witness said Pulley appeared inebriated.
Mitchell police received another call saying Pulley was observed rummaging through a vehicle. Pulley was seen holding a stereo while inside the vehicle. A third caller stated her vehicle had been supposedly damaged by Pulley.
Police located the adolescent and discovered that he had a handgun on him. A check of the gun's owner came up empty.
Pulley was charged with theft and possession of a handgun without a permit. He was then taken to the Lawrence County Jail.
