(SHOALS) - A Shoals man slammed into a mailbox, sideswiped an auto and struck a utility pole and phone box after he dozed off on Hwy 450 near Shoals.
Police say 33-year-old William Grafton was rounding a curve on the highway when the accident occurred.
Police estimate the damage to Grafton's vehicle was over $1,000.
