(BEDFORD) - A Mitchell man decided it was better to be arrested by police than to stay in the intensive care unit of Dunn Memorial Hospital.
Hospital authorities called the Bedford Police Department reporting that 39-year-old James Plano had become loud and unruly.
Plano was asked to either get back in bed or be arrested. Plano decided to the latter and was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct charges.
