(MITCHELL) - 24-year-old Justin A. Evans, of Bedford, was killed in Mitchell Sunday after what was initially reported as playing a game of Russian roulette.
25-year-old Jacob D. Blanton, of Mitchell, has been arrested for the killing. Blanton has been charged with criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon.
Police say the pair had a black power revolver and Evans was shot in the eye.
Police also note that alcohol may have played a part in the shooting.
