Law. Co. 4-H Fair Seeks Queen Contestants

(BEDFORD) - The Lawrence County 4-H Fair is about a month away and a highlight of the summer event is the Lawrence County Fair Queen Contest.

Fair officials say queen contest applications are available and can be picked up at the Lawrence County Extension office.

Applications for consideration are due in by noon on Wednesday, June 6th.

The pageant is for young ladies in Lawrence County between the ages of 16 and 21.

$3,000 dollars in scholarship money will be given away, plus a crown and a title with a trip to compete in the Indiana State Fair.
