(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Indiana Gaming Commission is allowing a change in ownership of the French Lick Resort and Casino.
Lauth Property Group is selling its 50% ownership of the casino to it's partner, the family of Bloomington billionaire William Cook.
The deal ends a legal dispute between the partners.
