(JASPER) - Indiana State Police have arrested a Jasper man for allegedly stealing numerous mechanical, industrial and tool and die parts from Jasper Engines and Transmissions.
Police detained 34-year-old Charles Swank, Jr., after company officials discovered inventory missing. An investigation showed that parts from Jasper Engines and Transmissions were showing up the popular auction website, eBay.
Police searched Swank's home and recovered numerous items that had been stolen from the business.
Swank was taken to the Dubois County Jail where he is currently being held on bond.
