Hoosier Lifetime Award To Be Presented For First Time

(MITCHELL) - HoosierUplands/Area 15 Agency on Aging along with the State of Indiana are conducting the first time "Hoosier Lifetime Award."

This award is the highest honor bestowed on an older person by the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration.

The purpose of the award is to recognize outstanding Hoosiers for their dedication and lifetime of service to their communities.

Hoosier Uplands is now accepting nominees for this high honor. If you would like a nomination form, contact Hoosier Uplands at 849-4457. Deadline is April 15th.
