(MARTINSVILLE) - The son of former Morgan County Sheriff Robert Garner continues to recover from non-life-threatening head injuries he suffered in a single-vehicle crash.
22-year-old Robert Garner Jr. lost control of his vehicle and slammed into tree after he swerved to miss a car that had crossed into his lane.
