(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington man will head to court this week on charges of child molestation.
A warrant for Edgar Gaitan's arrest was issued last month on charges he accosted a four-year old girl.
Gaitan has been under investigation since December of 2005, but police could not locate him for questioning until last week.
