Absentee Ballots Available At County Clerk's Office

(BEDFORD) - Lawrence County Clerk Julie Blackwell Chase Brinegar is reminding those that need to vote absentee that ballots are now available for voting.

State Form ABS-1 and ABS-2 are available in the Lawrence County Voter Registration office, Lawrence County Clerk's office and online at www.in.gov/sos/election.

Those eligible for absentee voting include those who are disabled or ill, will be out of town, are in the military or living overseas among other conditions. You can contact the Lawrence County Clerks office for more information.

Julie Blackwell Chase Brinegar says the election this year will be for those living in Bedford and Mitchell. The Municipal Primary Election will be Tuesday, May 8th.
