(BEDFORD) - A Bedford mother and her family are looking for a missing teenage boy.

14-year-old Austin Harper has been missing since Friday morning when he was dropped off at the Bedford Middle School.

Harper is considered a model student with straight A's and is involved in sports. Austin is described as about 5 feet 10 inches tall, 130 pounds, hazel eyes, brown hair. Austin has a distinctive brown mark on one of his teeth. Austin was last seen wearing a navy-blue Adidas shirt with a brown Carhart coat and light colored Levi's and red and silver shoes.

Austin's mother says she had been planning to move out of state and he was not in favor of the change. Austin's mother went to the Bedford Police Department to file a missing person report.

If anyone knows the whereabouts of Austin Harper, contact his mother, Patricia Harper, at 275-3996 or call the Bedford Police Department.
