(MITCHELL) - Mitchell police are working on a couple of reports of stolen dogs.

Police were alerted of a missing female Dalmatian Tuesday night. The gate to the medium size dog was open when the owner discovered her gone. The Dalmatian is mostly white with a few black spots.

Also, a pug/beagle dog was considered stolen after the fence was found pulled apart. The owner called the police about 90 minutes after the first call. The pug/beagle is tan with a black face and answers to the name Buddy.

If anyone knows the whereabouts of these two dogs, call the Mitchell Police Department with the information.
