Three Arrested On Drug Charges

(BIRDSEYE) - Three people were arrested on drug charges after the Birdseye Town Marshall stopped the vehicle they were in for a traffic violation.

Indiana State Police were called in after Marshall Bob Jenkins smelled marijuana. Trooper Mark Green found the drug paraphernalia and arrested the driver, 20-year-old Brandon Kessel, of Grantsburg.

Twenty-year-old Brian Frye, of English, was also arrested with drug paraphernalia charges. Both were taken to the Dubois County Jail. A 16-year-old juvenile was released to her parents.
