(UNDATED) - Barack Obama’s Indiana supporters say they see a united Democratic Party heading into the fall campaign.

New York Senator Hillary Clinton used a prime-time speaking slot at the Democratic convention Tuesday to declare her former rival for the presidential nomination is now her candidate, and urge her supporters to follow her lead.

Her husband, former President Bill Clinton, who stumped for his wife at Bedford Middle School in early April, gave a strong, charismatic endorsement of the Illinois senator himself last night.

Tonight is when Obama takes center stage at Invesco Field in Denver to accept the nomination of the Democratic Party.

Next week, the Republicans throw their own party in St. Paul, Minnesota.
