Hoosier Republicans, Democrats Bicker Over Out-Of-State Money

(INDIANAPOLIS) - Indiana’s Republican and Democratic Parties are arguing about out-of-state campaign contributions for governor.

About half of the $1.6 million Democratic challenger Jill Long Thompson raised in March and April came from two Washington, D.C.-based Political Action Committees.

But Governor Mitch Daniels reported getting $725,000 in a single donation from the Republican Governors Association -- which is also based in Washington.
