(INDIANAPOLIS) - Three Indiana congressmen have easily won their primaries, but two others face serious challengers.

Republicans Mark Souder in Northeast Indiana's 3rd District, Steve Buyer in Central Indiana's 4th District and Democrat Baron Hill in Southeast Indiana's 9th District all defeated their challengers.

Hill's victory sets up his fourth consecutive rematch with former Republican representative Mike Sodrel in November.

The toughest races are in the 7th and 5th District. In the 7th, new Democratic representative Andre Carson faces seven challengers and in the 5th District long-time Republican representative Dan Burton faces physician John McGoff.
