Evansville Professor Says Change Way America Elects Presidents

(EVANSVILLE) - The way America chooses a president is less than perfect and the nation deserves better.
That's according to University of Evansville Associate Political Science Professor Robert Dion. He says one change would involve getting rid of the Electoral College, which is basically impossible because that would require changing the Constitution.
However, Dion added that a new movement called the "National Popular Vote" looks to have state legislatures form a compact to award their electoral votes to the presidential candidate who wins.
