Chelsea Clinton Makes Final Hoosier Campaign Stop

(INDIANAPOLIS) - Bill and Chelsea Clinton have both said on the campaign trail that Hillary Clinton would be a better president than her husband.

As Chelsea makes the campaign's closing argument in Indianapolis, she's offering an explanation.

Chelsea Clinton's tour of Indiana colleges ended at PJ's Beauty College on Indy's south side. She says her mother's eight years as first lady gives her White House experience her father didn't have when he was elected.

The former first daughter says the early '90s fight over health care shows the difference that can make. She says the New York senator's insistence on truly universal coverage and her willingness to build on the existing health-care system are both products of the failure of that first attempt.
