Obama Likely To Do Better At Roundball Than Bowling

(INDIANAPOLIS) - When politicians are known for the time they spend teeing off, Illinois Senator and presidential hopeful Barack Obama is getting ready to tip off in the Hoosier State.
Obama has announced two Hoosier students that will be joining him in a game of 3-on-3 basketball, as a thank-you for getting so many voters registered.
Blake Hancock, a Marion High School junior, and Kory McKay, a freshman at Indiana University Kokomo, both collected more than 150 voter registration cards each, and will each get to pick a friend or two to team up with them.
Obama will also meet and greet with 38 other students that participated in the effort before the game.
Despite Obama's now well-known dismal score at bowling in Pennsylvania, a 7-frame score of 37, Obama is looking to do better in this basketball game.
Obama played high school ball in Hawaii on the team that won the state championship in 1979.
Obama's campaign said Indiana was chosen for this game because of the state's rich basketball history.
