(MUNCIE) - No one’s saying for sure just how much Democrats Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama might spend in Indiana, but Gov. Mitch Daniels cites the potential for “millions of dollars” in Hoosier campaign spending leading up to the state’s primary election May 6th.
Already, the Wall Street Journal says Obama's campaign has dropped $250,000 dollars here in a recent week. The Illinois senator's TV ads started running here last week.
As for Hillary Clinton's campaign, no TV ads have hit the airwaves yet, but she has opened a dozen campaign offices across the state. Obama has opened 14 so far.
