Bill Clinton Makes Fifth Hoosier Visit
(INDIANAPOLIS) - Former President Bill Clinton made his fifth trip through Indiana in support of Senator Hillary Clinton’s “Solutions For America” campaign.
Despite the flap over Barack Obama's comments about small town voters, Clinton was complementary of both Obama and Republican Senator John McCain during an hour-long speech in the Perry Meridian Middle School gym.
The former president thinks Indiana is a very important race for the Democratic presidential nomination and he agrees with his daughter Chelsea that Hilliary would have a better record as president than he did.
He said if Hillary wins in Indiana, then she will become the Democratic presidential nominee.
