(INDIANAPOLIS) - One of new congressman Andre Carson’s opponents officially kicked off his campaign Wednesday.
Doctor Woody Myers is one of three candidates vying to unseat Carson in the May primary.
Myers served as Indiana's health commissioner in the 80's and was also New York City health commissioner. He says he wants to work on health care, education and jobs if he's elected.
Carolene Mays and David Orentlicher are also vying for the Democratic nomination in May.
