Monitor Appointed To Look Over Voter Registrations
(INDIANAPOLIS) - Marion County Clerk Beth White has appointed a monitor to look over the voter registration board.
White says the appointment of attorney John Bryant to monitor the board stems from mistakes made on about one thousand postcards mailed to voters concerning Tuesday's special election for the late Julia Carson's congressional seat.
Bryant will be stationed in the voter registration office in anticipation of many phone calls as absentee voting continues today.
