Students Tackle "Challenge X" Contest

(TERRE HAUTE) - Engineering students at Rose-Hulman in Terre Haute are gearing up for Challenge X.
They are joining teams of students from 17 North American universities who have the task of re-engineering an SUV in an effort to increase fuel efficiency while producing lower emissions.
The vehicles must be powered by alternative fuels such as biodiesel, ethanol and hydrogen.
