Sausage Company Will Donate To University

(SOUTH BEND) - The chief executive officer of Wisconsin-based Johnsonville Sausage Co. is donating $20-million dollars to the University of Notre Dame.
Ralph Stayer announced Monday he was donating the money to his alma mater for the construction of a new building for executive education in the school's Mendoza College of Business.
Notre Dame says the new center will increase significantly the university's capacity to provide degree and non-degree executive programs and provide state-of-the-art classroom technology.
