Indy School Undergoes Facelift
(INDIANAPOLIS) - A groundbreaking expansion is underway at a historic landmark near downtown Indianapolis. Crispus Attucks Magnet School is undergoing an extensive facelift.
The year-and-a-half long project includes adding more science labs, distance learning spaces, new lighting and ceilings, and an expanded kitchen.
Indianapolis Public School Board President Dr. Mary Busch says this is part of on-going plans to serve grades 6-12 at the school.
Busch says Crispus Attucks has a long and proud tradition and the expansion is continuing that trend.
