Former Police Officers Patroling School Hallways

(KOKOMO) - The Kokomo-center school board will vote Monday on a recommendation to continue its school resource officer program.

Superintendent Thomas Little Jr. said he is recommending continuing the program, which school officials put together in August 2007.

Former police chief Tom Dinardo leads the program, which utilizes active duty and retired police officers for school security.
