(UNDATED) - State schools Superintendent Dr. Suellen Reed is taking her time on making a decision on another possible run for public office.
Reed says she is considering other possible opportunities. She says she will make a decision during the next several weeks.
She has held the state's top superintendent job for 16 years. Reed says she's not doing it for the money.
She says she took a pay cut when she was hired and has accepted just one pay raise since then.
