(SOUTH BEND) - A $61-million dollar nanoelectronics research center will be placed on the campus of the University of Notre Dame.
Governor Mitch Daniels joined executives from IBM and the semiconductor research in unveiling plans for the Midwest Academy for Nanoelectronics and Architectures
The center will link Notre Dame and Purdue University with national laboratories and businesses to develop a new class of semiconductor materials and devices.
