Purdue Team Uses 101 Steps To Build Hamburger

(WEST LAFAYETTE) - The Purdue Society of Professional Engineers scored its fourth consecutive first-place finish Saturday in the 26th annual regional Rube Goldberg Machine Contest by making a hamburger in the most inefficient way possible.

The team accomplished the task in 101 steps.

For the third year in a row, they also won the People's Choice Award, voted on by the 1,500 audience members.
