IU, Russian University, Receive Collaboration Grants
(WASHINGTON) - Indiana University is one of six schools receiving a new federal grant aimed at promoting collaboration between American and Russian universities.
Indiana University's Department of Slavic Languages and Russia's Southern Federal University will jointly receive about $200,000 to, "support students in both nations in attaining higher levels of language ability."
The grant also will help fund a joint research program on global health.
