Black Expo CEO To Direct Fund Raising Efforts At Ivy Tech
(INDIANAPOLIS) - A loss for Indiana Black Expo is a gain for Ivy Tech.
The CEO of Indiana Black Expo, is leaving that job to become vice president of development at Ivy Tech. The college says Joyce Rogers will begin work there in November.
Rogers was named CEO of IBE 2 and a half years ago, following the death of longtime CEO Charles Williams.
Rogers, a lawyer, will direct statewide fund raising for Ivy Tech, which is already at the top of the list for fundraising by a community college.
Rogers says the new job will let her continue to do what she loves in a "broader fashion."
