No Cellphone Use For Spencer Bus Drivers
(SPENCER) - Members of the North Spencer school board hope to reduce the chances of an accident taking place on a school bus by giving the green light for a new policy. That policy—severely limiting the use of cell phones.
One school board member admitted that the policy was a timely issue after witnessing a private bus driver talking on a cell phone and running a stop sign, and the bus was loaded with students.
A vote on the new policy will likely be taken at the board's meeting this month.
