Video Games Help Teach College Classes

(WEST LAFAYETTE) - Purdue plans to teach an engineering course as a video game, and more classes at more schools are likely to be close behind.
Educators call them "serious games," replacing the classroom with a video game controller.
Purdue Discovery Learning Center Director Beverly Sypher says it's a way to reach a computer-savvy generation more effectively while expanding the nature of what you can teach.
