(INDIANAPOLIS) - The seven-month battle between a Marion County school superintendent and the school board has sparked a second lawsuit.
Superintendent Douglas Williams resigned last week in a settlement with the board, after a long fight over whether he could be fired for alleged disrespect to the board.
Now two teachers have sued the school system for blocking access from school computers to two pro-Williams websites.
The teachers say it's a first amendment violation--they say no other website has been blocked in the same way.
