(BLOOMINGTON) - A new agreement between Indiana University and Enterprise Rent-A-Car will allow students under 21 to rent cars with several restrictions.
To rent a car, students between 18 and 21 must have full-coverage, low-deductible car insurance and a major credit card in their name.
They can only travel in Indiana and are not allowed to rent SUVs or luxury cars. The students are also limited to one passenger.
