RIAA Is Suing Hoosier College Students On Illegal Downloads

(UNDATED) - Dozens of Indiana college students are being accused of illegally downloading music.
It could be a costly summer for about 28 I.U. and 38 Purdue University students who recently received letters from the Recording Industry Association of America.
The students are accused of using their school's computer network to steal music and are being offered "settlements," sometimes at a cost of thousands of dollars, to avoid potentially heavier penalties in court.
