(BEDFORD) - Work on the Springville, Heltonville and Fayetteville elementary schools continue to progress.

All three continue to wrap up with the work.

At Springville and Heltonville, seeding and soding continue. Fencing is going up around the Springville School.

At Fayetteville, furniture is being moved to the new building. Carpeting continues to be laid and the gym floor is shaping up. Maintenance Director Steve Ritter says the school's emblem on the old Fayetteville gym floor will be removed and hung at the new gym.

He said the old school will be torn down beginning on June 1st and a time capsule will be opened to reveal the contents when the old school was built.
