(CRAWFORDSVILLE) - A Crawfordsville High School is considering offering signing bonuses to new teachers who agree to devote three years of their career to the school.

North Montgomery High School board members have approved a plan to offer between $1,000 and $1,500 dollars to new teachers with superior skills.

Superintendent Robert Brower says he believes finding the talent is the difficult part--keeping people once they learn the school's culture is easy.
