(NEW ALBANY) - All that homework has paid off at Silver Street Elementary.

The New Albany school is getting a visit from President Bush this week. The White House says Bush will meet with students on Friday, before heading to a Republican fundraiser in Louisville.

Silver Street has made a lot of progress in the "No Child Left Behind" program, which Bush will discuss during his visit.

The school has upped its test scores for four years running, earning it special mention from the Commander In Chief.
