(BLOOMINGTON) - Indiana University’s Bloomington campus may have broken enrollment records with this year’s freshman class, but the number of black students has dropped almost twenty percent.
IU's 7,259 freshman make this the largest incoming class ever, topping 2002's record.
Enrollment for other minority groups is up.
This year's freshman class also has the highest average SAT score of any recent class.
