Universities Looking To Prepare Students For "Real" World

Last updated on Friday, July 28, 2006

(UNDATED) - Colleges and universities are taking a serious look at curriculums to better prepare students for the “real” world.

A study by The American Association Of State Colleges And Universities found that while public four-year campuses are involved in tackling local issues, there is work to be done.

Several universities, including Indiana State are meeting to share lessons learned and launch a mentoring network that focuses on creating stronger and more competitive regions.
