Supercomputer At Indiana University

(BLOOMINGTON) - A new supercomputer up and running at Indiana University is among the world’s fastest.
The machine, called "Big Red," is the fastest computer owned and operated by a U.S. university. Officially, the computer is the 23rd speediest on the globe.
It will be used for complex modeling research in the life sciences, physics and weather forecasting arenas.
