AMA Suit Claims Docs Being Shortchanged By Wellpoint

(INDIANAPOLIS) - The American Medical Association and several other medical groups have filed a class action lawsuit against Indianapolis-based Wellpoint.
The legal filing claims collusion to underpay physicians for out-of-network medical services, leaving patients responsible for a higher portion of the bill.
